Metzuyan, the Hebrew word meaning “excellent” was born when the legendary On the Square Steakhouse closed in April 2007. A Renaissance followed with the newly refurbished Metzuyan restaurant, a restaurant which encapsulates all that is “excellent” in the concept of fine dining.
